We enjoyed working with 3dollar carpets. Working with Ruston during the selection process was really smooth and easy. The installation was fast, and they put in extra effort to meet the deadline they gave us. We wish they had walked through with us when they finished (and they said that is their standard practice, and they don't know why the installers didn't do it).

When we walked in Jared was there to greet us. He told us about the carpet and where they get it from. He answered every question We had and didn't try to up sale or push us to buy from them it is a nice relaxing environment. They even installed on a saturday. Fernando was the installer he was even early for the appointment. Fernando is one of the most friendly guys I have ever met. He went over what and how he was going to be installing it and asked if we had questions. We will be buying from them again.
